Even if you act fast to get the Urban Reptile you want, time is on your side once you have one in your possession. Why? Because the idea of having a dissatisfied customer just wouldn’t sit well with us. So we stand by our Buyer’s Assurance Program - it means you’re guaranteed to receive a healthy reptile of the finest quality from us. And if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your reptile, you have a full 30 days after your purchase to let us know. That’s our assurance to you!
All of our reptiles are shipped using a first-class approach. Each reptile is gently placed within its own container and then carefully packaged into a fully insulated box. This ensures that they will travel in complete comfort while being protected from the elements. If conditions are cold we furnish heat packs inside the box so as to provide a nice toasty warm environment. We love our reptiles and take shipping very seriously. All of our shipments are checked and double checked before we send them out. This way we can guarantee that your new reptile will arrive happy and healthy.
All shipping charges will be predetermined before any orders are complete and are to be pre-paid by the client prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. You or your agent must be present to sign for door to door shipments (first delivery attempt) and orders sent to the airport must be picked up within 4 hours of their arrival time.
We will not ship in extreme weather conditions, as we never want to put your reptile at risk. We reserve the right to implement a minimum order requirement.

Domestic Shipping Charge - $85 Flat Rate
All orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York via FedEx or UPS directly to your door. All US shipments will be cleared through US Fish and Wildlife Services by The Urban Reptile. The client will not have any responsibility or dealings with these government agencies. We handle it all!
US Shipping Charge - $65 Flat Rate to your door.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada and the shipping carrier will be determined depending on the final destination. It is the responsibility of the client to know the domestic importation requirements/laws of their country.
International Shipping Charge - Please inquire.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal through our secure online system, international money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Once payment is confirmed and personal checks have cleared we will arrange shipment. We will accept deposits only for a period not to exceed 30 days. At this time the balance must be settled in full and if it is not the deposit is forfeited unless alternate arrangements have been agreed on. All purchases and payment plans are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit or exchange.
